Education in the field of graphic design and multimedia art is carried out in three modules:
- humanities and theoretical, preparing for the acquisition and analysis of materials needed for artistic projects and activities in a complex, international environment;
- IT and practical, equipping students with the necessary knowledge, workshop skills and tools for the implementation of interdisciplinary artistic projects and activities;
- art and design, developing creative skills and implementing the acquired knowledge and skills into practical artistic realizations.
In view of the needs of the rapidly growing market of creative industries for the virtual world, the program has expanded its training component in IT tools.
Accordingly, the interdisciplinary program includes 65% of classes in the discipline of Visual Arts and Conservation of Works of Art (5% of these classes are related to knowledge of theoretical humanities subjects necessary for academic training in the field of art) and 35% of classes in the discipline of computer science technical and telecommunications.
A person graduating from the program is prepared to work in international, interdisciplinary creative teams, as a multimedia graphic designer or artist. Depending on the chosen scope, he/she can work in real space, XR, VR, AR solving design or artistic problems, taking into account UX and UI and using AI tools.
Rules of the Diploma Examination for NeMA
The thesis defense should take place after three semesters of study at the Faculty of New Media Arts. The principles and topics of the thesis should be consulted on an ongoing basis with the thesis supervisors: main, technical and theoretical. The thesis, as well as the thesis defense, shall be held in English.

Who to become after graduation?
The graduate's qualifications - artistic, professional and technical - are the result of a proven and constantly improving curriculum at interior design faculties in Poland. They include specializations in multimedia communication design, interaction design and motion and animation design.
Students majoring in graphic design and multimedia arts study in English. Thus, from the first year of teaching, they are prepared to speak the language fluently, which will easily enable them to find work in the foreign market as well.
The portfolio of a graduate of this course and the projects created during classes are distinguished by innovation and adaptation to current trends in the labor market. After our studies, you can become: 2D and 3D graphic designer, animator, designer of interaction in applied space, game designer, artist.
