Procedure for legalization of stay in Poland
Candidates and students have the opportunity to legalize their stay in the Republic of Poland, in two ways, by applying for:
- visa - applies to people who are outside Poland
- temporary residence permit - applies to people who are already in Poland during the recruitment process
Both procedures can be quite time-consuming, so we suggest that you familiarize yourself with them at the beginning of the recruitment process.
We would also like to inform you that PJAIT, apart from issuing a standard admission certificate and fee payment confirmation, does not have the ability to influence the decision issued by consulates, embassies, foreigners' office, etc.
A visa with the annotation "student" can only be obtained by full-time students or those going to Poland to take a preparatory course for university studies.
