Promotion Department PJAIT

The Promotion Department of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology is responsible for comprehensive image and communication activities of the university – both within the academic community and outside it, in relations with candidates, partners, the media, and the socio-cultural environment.

Our goal is to build a consistent, modern image PJAIT an open, interdisciplinary university that is close to its students, while at the same time creating space for development, cooperation, and gaining practical experience.

Cooperation and development projects

The Promotion Department actively cooperates with all administrative and teaching departments at the University. It invites the entire student community to participate in real communication, creative, and organizational projects, which often constitute their first professional experience and open the way to further development.

We support international initiatives, including cooperation with foreign partners and exchange programs, as well as projects carried out in cooperation with PASONA, such as a summer school on Awaji Island in Japan.

We operate at the intersection of promotion, PR, culture, and education, ensuring that PJAIT associated with modernity, openness, creativity, and real opportunities for development for students.

We organize and co-organize events

academic, artistic, scientific, and integrative, aimed at students, prospective students, and a wide audience. We also ensure that PJAIT is present PJAIT education fairs, science festivals, industry and artistic events in Poland and abroad.

We document the life of the university

through professional photo and video reports, podcasts, and promotional materials that showcase PJAIT a dynamic and engaged academic community.

We manage and develop the university's official communication channels,

including social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) and the PJAIT website. We are responsible for the consistency and quality of communication and its adaptation to different audiences.

We design and supervise the visual identity of the university.

including the creation of promotional materials and gadgets. We also manage the rights to use the PJAIT logo PJAIT support university units (fields of study, Academic Student Clubs, student initiatives) in the creation of their own logos and visual materials.

Joint events

We are always happy to work with active students who want to make the most of their time at university and gain experience beyond the curriculum. Working with the Promotion Department is an opportunity to participate in real university projects, develop creative and communication skills, build a portfolio, and work in a team in an interdisciplinary environment. It is also a chance to learn about the inner workings of the university, implement your own ideas, and gain practical experience on the PJAIT campus, which will pay off in your future career. It is possible to complete student internships* as part of work on external projects (it is necessary to analyze the rules for completing internships individually, depending on the field of study).
