Procedure for recruiting candidates for the Doctoral School of ICT & Design

Submission of a complete set of documents in electronic form
Accepting a paper version of a set of documents previously accepted electronically
Receive a paper copy of the complete set of documents from applicants to the Doctoral School, in accordance with the rules of recruitment, in person at the Secretariat of the Doctoral School or sent by mail to the Secretariat of the Doctoral School.
Conducting admission interviews
Conduct interviews with candidates by the selection committee in English.

List of required documents for applicants to the Doctoral School
- Generated from the Doctoral School website, completed and signed by the candidate, the application for admission to the Doctoral School (below);
- diploma (including diploma supplement) of completion of uniform Master's studies or first- and second-cycle studies, or equivalent, or a declaration that the diploma will be delivered before the deadline for the commencement of doctoral studies;
- CV with a description of scientific interests and a RODO clause;
- one photograph showing the candidate's face;
- certificate of English language proficiency issued by universities (B2, C1 and C2 levels), certificates of external institutions listed in Appendix 1 to the Decree of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of January 19, 2018. (item 216). For graduates of philology or applied linguistics, a diploma supplement with information on language proficiency;
- described in English research plan with bibliography in accordance with the selected topic https://pja.edu.pl/szkola-doktorska/szkola-doktorska-ictdesignszkola-doktorska/o-programie/, agreed and approved by the promoter;
- information on previous scientific activity, in particular publications, work in research clubs, participation in scientific conferences, awards, distinctions, internships;
- *in the event of not completing Master's studies: a certificate of the grade point average issued by the home university along with a certificate regarding the date of the Master's thesis defense;
- *portfolio in the case of a candidate in the discipline of fine arts and art conservation;
- sworn translation into Polish by a sworn translator of each required document issued in a language other than Polish.
