Submission of a complete set of documents in electronic form

From 26.08.2025 to 01.09.2025.Receive a paper copy of the complete set of documents from applicants to the Doctoral School, in accordance with the rules of recruitment, in person at the Secretariat of the Doctoral School or sent by mail to the Secretariat of the Doctoral School.
Conducting interviews
From 08.09.2025 to 10.09.2025.Conduct interviews with candidates by the selection committee in English.

15.09.2025 r.List of required documents for applicants to the Doctoral School
- Generated from the Doctoral School website, completed and signed by the candidate, the application for admission to the Doctoral School (below);
- Diploma (with supplement) of completion of a unified master's degree or first and second degree or equivalent, or a statement that the diploma will be delivered before the date of commencement of doctoral studies;
- CV with a description of scientific interests and a RODO clause;
- One photograph showing the candidate's face;
- certificate of English language proficiency issued by universities (B2, C1 and C2 levels), certificates of external institutions listed in Appendix 1 to the Decree of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of January 19, 2018. (item 216). For graduates of philology or applied linguistics, a diploma supplement with information on language proficiency;
- described in English research plan with bibliography in accordance with the selected topic https://pja.edu.pl/szkola-doktorska/szkola-doktorska-ictdesignszkola-doktorska/o-programie/, agreed and approved by the promoter;
- information about previous scientific activity, in particular, publications, work in scientific circles, participation in scientific conferences, awards, honors, internships;
- *In case of non-completion of a master's degree: a certificate of grade point average issued by the home university together with a certificate of the date of defense of the master's thesis;
- *portfolio in the case of a candidate in the discipline of fine arts and art conservation;
- translation into Polish by a sworn translator of each of the required documents issued in a language other than Polish.

Information on the limit of available seats:
- The limit for admission is 7 people. The university reserves the right not to admit candidates if no candidate meets the evaluation criteria.
