Important documents:
At PJAIT, there is an opportunity to pursue a doctoral degree at the Doctoral School of ICT & Design.
The Doctoral School of ICT & Design offers a unique combination of two disciplines:
- Information Technology
- Fine Arts
The program of the Doctoral School is based on the unique experience of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Computer Technology in interdisciplinary education. Classes are conducted in English and in a full-time format.
Art and technology inspire and develop each other. ICT is not only a field based on hard facts and figures, but also on design skills, creativity and aesthetics, which influence the way people use information technologies. In turn, the achievements of ICT, such as generative artificial intelligence, have a major impact on the development of fine arts.
PhD students at the school conduct research in either Information Technology or the Fine Arts.
