Blended Intensive Program: AI and Society – Innovation and Fairness | HTW Berlin
The second edition of the big student get-together is coming! A mix of sports excitement, the smell of a sizzling barbecue, great music, and an unforgettable atmosphere is back with a vengeance! Following the success of the previous event, the Student Councils of Warsaw’s universities are joining forces once again to create an event unlike any other this academic year. On June 14 (Sunday), students will once again take over the RQT SPOT venue.
Version 2.0 takes integration to a whole new level
The organizers took into account feedback from participants in the previous round and fine-tuned every detail to ensure that the upcoming edition is even bigger, smoother, and better organized.
What's new in version 2.0?
• More seats available: The number of tickets is increasing from 600 to 800! A larger community means even more energy and a chance to make new friends.
• Student Activities Festival: In addition to casual, recreational padel matches, new formats are taking center stage. Participants can look forward to: SpeedFriending, cornhole, pickleball, and the iconic student flanks.
• More food, less waiting: To completely eliminate lines for food, the organizers are increasing the number of grills and food stands.
• Integration across divides: The event brings together students from more than 15 universities in Warsaw.
To help break the ice, each academy a specific wristband color. The evening atmosphere will be enhanced by bonfires, live guitar music, and cold drinks at student prices.
Tickets and meals
Admission tickets start at just 19 PLN.
The price of each ticket includes a special GRILL SET that you can cook yourself on the grill.
Important organizational information
The default meal served on-site is the pork option. If you prefer the chicken or vegetarian option, please be sure to select the appropriate option on the form when purchasing your ticket. If you do not select an option, the pork meal will be provided.
Practical Information
• When: June 14, 2026 (Sunday), 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Where: RQT SPOT, 13K Estrady St., Mościska
• Access: The area is very well connected—it takes just 10 minutes to get there by direct bus from the Młociny Metro station.
For those arriving by car, parking is available at the Netto store (50 meters from the venue).
