Maciej Żulewski, Orange Flex Offer Director, will present a case study of the innovative Orange Flex product - a 100% digital telecom offer. He will talk about customer needs and the evolution of the product, as well as digital experience, UX, collaboration with IT and the role of the Product Owner.
