Enrollment for the winter semester of the 2026–2027 academic year began on April 8, 2026.
English-language full-time master's degree
Admission to studies is based on an interview and a submitted portfolio.
Requirements for applicants
Candidates for full-time second-cycle studies must hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree (a degree in arts is not required).
The candidate must account for the possibility of supplementing individual subjects or a semester/year from bachelor's studies to acquire the required knowledge. This supplementation may take place both before the start and during the second-cycle studies.
This decision is made by the Dean/Vice-Dean of NeMA upon the application of the Admissions Committee.
Admissions process for studies at PJAIT
1.Online registration
Create an account on the enrolment portal: rekrutacja.pjwstk.edu.pl
You will receive an activation link, and after activating your account, you will gain access to your profile. Fill out the forms and make sure to upload your photo. Be sure to choose the field of study you are applying for.
2.Provision of documents
Prepare the required documents, save them in .pdf format, upload the relevant files to the recruitment system or immediately deliver the originals to the Admission Office PJAIT. You can also send them by mail (registered mail) or courier. You can bring the remaining documents after the interview.
PJAIT graduates:
–application for admission to master's studies
–digital ID-format photograph uploaded to your profile in the online recruitment system for the student ID card and application purposes
-Recruitment protocol (downloadable from the recruitment portal) - required before the interview
Graduates of other universities submit:
–application for admission to master's studies
–digital ID-format photograph uploaded to your profile in the online recruitment system for the student ID card and application purposes
–proof of payment for the interview (cost PLN 150) – required before the qualification interview
-diplomaof graduation with a supplement - the candidate presents the original or a copy, and the employee of PJAIT certifies the photocopy as a true copy of the original (for those who have not yet taken the defense of the diploma thesis or are waiting to receive the diploma, please provide a certificate from the Student's office regarding the defense/defense date and the course sheet; if the candidate has a diploma obtained outside Poland, the candidate is also required to provide a translation of the diploma)
-Recruitment protocol (downloadable from the recruitment portal) - required before the interview
Foreigners
Foreigners who do not have a Polish university diploma must, in addition to the documents from the points listed above, additionally provide:
- English language proficiency certificate at a minimum B2 level - check;
- Diploma translation - holders of diplomas issued in Polish, English or bilingual diplomas, when one of the languages is English, are exempt from the translation requirement;
- Apostille/legalization of the diploma - holders of diplomas issued by the following countries are exempt from the obligation: countries of the European Union and EFTA, Australia, Belarus, Canada, Ukraine, USA, UK;
- *Writtendecision of the NAWA Director confirming eligibility to apply for admission to a master's degree - applies to holders of certificates issued outside the EU, EFTA, OECD, Ukraine and China.
- passport scan.
*As of July 1, 2025, foreign diplomas must be recognized by the Director of NAWA as entitling the student to begin second-level studies in Poland. This does not apply to certificates issued by countries of the European Union, EFTA, OECD, Ukraine and China.

3.Interview
Admissions to studies are based on the portfolio evaluation and an interview.
Interviews for studies take place in a full-time format at the academy's headquarters; online interviews are intended only for foreigners who are not currently in Poland.
To sign up for an interview, candidates are required to select a suitable date in the admissions portal and pay the interview fee of 150 PLN.
The candidate must sign up for an interview (through the enrolment portal).
Portfolio
The candidate's PORTFOLIO must contain artistic achievements: selected artistic or design works (related to the subject matter that the candidate intends to pursue during second-cycle studies).
For the online interview, you should send us a portfolio with a detailed description of the works:
- Title of the work;
- Year of creation;
- Description;
- Technique;
- For artistic works, the paper format
The portfolio should not exceed 25MB, a minimum of 100DPI and be in one PDF file. Portfolios should be sent to rekrutacja@pja.edu.pl no later than three business days before the interview date.
Interview
The interview is conducted based on the submitted portfolio and the information included in the qualification procedure report.
During the interview, the candidate is asked to present the idea for the master's project he or she wants to work on. Supporting questions are included in the form. Please read it and fill it out.
NOTE: International studentswho wish to enroll in English-language programs must have English at a minimum B2 level.

The online meeting will take place on the Google Meet platform – a Gmail account is required.
The results of the admission interviews will be sent via email within 1 business day after the interview is completed.
We remind you that the decision on admission to studies is made only after fulfilling all formal requirements, i.e., completing online registration, submitting the required set of documents, and positively passing the interview.
Upon meeting all the conditions described above, the academy has two weeks to send a decision on qualification for studies.
4.Qualification for studies
The college qualification decision is sent after the student passes the interview and the group gathers.
5. Contract, fee, and submission of original documents
A contract is made available along with the qualification decision. Both documents are downloadable from the recruitment profile.
Candidates qualified for the study are required within 2 weeks:
1. pay the first installment of tuition fees. Payments should be made to the individual account number available on the profile in the recruitment system.
2. sign a contract with the University. A contract is a type of agreement that specifies PJAIT 's obligations to you and yours to PJAIT. Once completed and signed, it must be uploaded to your enrollment profile. The contract must be scanned legibly into a .pdf file, keeping the pages in order.
3. provide the original diploma with a supplement ( if applicable, the Candidate shall additionally submit an apostille / legalization ). The Candidate provides the original diploma, supplement, its copy or a photocopy certified by a notary public. Documents can be sent by mail, courier, or can be delivered by a "third party" such as a parent.
Candidates from abroad who will need a certificate of commencement of studies in order to obtain/renew a visa, residence card are required to pay tuition fees for a minimum of one semester in advance.
If your studies are paid for by your employer, for example, you can sign a contract with an Academy-Sponsor-Student annex. Please indicate this need when signing the contract.
Note: For candidates signing the contract one week before the end of the PJAIT admissions period, PJAIT does not guarantee the issuance of a student ID card and the activation of an account on the academy server before classes begin.
5.Certificate of admission
In order to obtain a "Certificate of enrollment of a foreigner" (a document necessary to legalize residence in Poland), it is necessary to pay tuition fees for a minimum of one semester. The certificate at the request of the candidate is sent to the e-mail in the form of a scan. Candidates who need an original certificate must send the request to rekrutacja@pja.edu.pl with the full postal address indicated.
