Student Council Meeting (October 15, 2023)

On October 15, 2023, at 20:00, the Ordinary Meeting of the University Council of the Student Government was held, implemented through the Google Meet platform. The meeting was chaired by Michal Orzylowski, with Luke Browarski acting as the minutes taker.

The meeting began with the official opening by the chairman, who then presented the agenda. After the attendance of participants was checked by the protocol officer, the chairman and members of the board presented reports on the current activities of the local government and discussed upcoming events, including the SUN meeting and the ProJuvenes gala.

They then proceeded to decisions on the budget, seats on the Faculty Student Government Councils, and the adoption of a schedule for by-elections and the election of the Student Government Secretary. These discussions were conducted in a constructive and open spirit, which allowed for smooth decision-making.

At the end of the meeting, a Draft Resolution of the University Council of Student Government was presented regarding the application to the industry committee "Forum of Technical Universities". This project was positively received and was discussed in detail by the council members.

The entire meeting went smoothly and in accordance with the agreed agenda and minutes.
