Mentors
A group of experts, representing different industry professions, from 3D art to gameplay programming, led by 11 bit studios, has joined forces to regularly and closely examine the four game projects at every stage of their development. This cooperation provides professional support for students and can lead to the discovery of new talents among them.

Gameplay & Animation Programmer | 11 bit studios

A gameplay and animation programmer, actively working in the industry for over 9 years. With a background in computer science and choreography, which led her on a path specializing in the intricacies of animation programming. Actively involved as a mentor and lecturer in grassroots initiatives.
Alexander Kauch
Senior Technology Lead | 11 bit studios

With 13 years of experience at the company, he has worked on almost every production to date: the Anomaly series, This War of Mine and the studio's latest game, Frostpunk. Currently leading the technology team on Frostpunk 2, he is highly skilled in programming, game architecture and the production process. A collector of old games and a lover of their history.
Katsiaryna Harelik
Technical/Environment artist | Forbidden Studio

Kasia graduated from PJAIT in 2019 and began her career in the game development industry. Her path led her through various small studios, ultimately landing at the esteemed AA-studio Vile Monarch. Starting as a 3D artist, she later stepped into the roles of a Junior Technical Artist and a Senior/Mid 3D Environment Artist. Before her PJAIT days, she honed her skills with programming courses and game development classes at IT-club in Belarus, offering her a holistic understanding of the development process. Her lifelong passion for gaming continues to fuel her creative journey.

Frank Radecki
Senior Lighting Artist / Level Artist | Bloober Team.

I've been working in gamedev for 5 years. I started my journey as a concept artist working on indie games "Postal: Brain Damaged" and "Frozenheim". After three years I switched to Unreal Engine and since then I'm working with level art and lighting. After hours I'm also teaching students how to create environments for games.
