Dear Students

We would like to let you know about the change in the date of the JuweFest 2025 event, which was originally scheduled for May 23-24, 2025.

Due to the tragic events that have shaken the academic community in recent weeks - both at the University of Warsaw and at our University - as co-organizers of the festival, after joint consultations with partner universities and in close contact with security services and the Police, we have decided to postpone JuweFest 2025 to a new date: October 3-4, 2025.

This decision was made out of concern for the safety and comfort of the participants, which is a top priority for all of us. The current situation has caused many students to approach mass events with justifiable anxiety. We believe that the new date - under calmer and more favorable conditions - will allow everyone to fully enjoy the atmosphere of festivity, integration and joy.

Purchased tickets remain valid, and those who decide to cancel their participation will be able to make a refund in accordance with the current procedure. Organizational details of the new date will be communicated in the near future.

We also want to draw attention to the growing JuweCare initiative, a project to support the mental well-being of students, which was created in response to the current needs of our community. This is an important step toward building a safer and more supportive academic environment.

As the Student Council PJAIT, we also want to assure you that we will do our best to compensate you for this waiting time. We will organize the rescheduled event at an even higher level, taking care of every detail to make it unforgettable. In addition, we are planning a number of other initiatives and side events, which will also be carried out with even greater commitment and quality.

Thank you for your understanding and support shown.PJAIT Student Council remains at your service and open to dialogue.

On behalf of the main coordinator of the Juvenile Festival - Hubert Wozniak

Best regards

Mikolaj Piolun-Noyszewski
Chairman of the Student Government of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology
