Ceremonial Inauguration of the 2026/2027 Academic Year at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Computer Technology

Another year lies ahead of us! Let’s give a warm welcome to the students of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology!

The Inauguration of the 2026/27 Academic Year will take place on October 2 at 3:00 p.m. at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw. This is a time when the PJAIT community comes together to kick off the new academic year and take a fresh look at the challenges unfolding around us.

We invite first-year students to attend the event in person in the auditorium of Building A. Those who are unable to come to campus that day can watch the livestream on the YouTube channel PJAIT.

The event will be attended by university officials, led byRector PJAIT, Dr. hab. Jerzy Paweł Nowacki, Prof.PJAIT, who will deliver the opening address for the new academic year. One of the highlights of this year’s inauguration will be the lecture opening the academic year,“From Animator to Architect of the Imagination: How AI Is Changing the Way We Make Movies,”to be delivered by Dr. Jacek Rokosz —a renowned illustrator and animator.
