The Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology is launching a new field of study postgraduate program that responds to changes in the rapidly growing automotive industry.

The "Technology and Management in the Automotive Industry" program was created for individuals who want to gain the competencies necessary to operate successfully in an environment dominated by digital transformation, electromobility and the development of data-driven technologies.

The degree program offers a unique combination of technological knowledge with the practice of management, sales, communication and brand strategy. Special emphasis is placed on the ability to consciously manage change and build strong brands - both corporate and personal - in a world where customer contact is increasingly through algorithms, while the need for an authentic, human relationship is growing. The program includes Customer Experience design, strategic storytelling, data analysis and the use of CRM and MarTech tools, among others.

The classes are taught by practitioners with years of experience working for brands such as AUDI, BMW, Volkswagen, SEAT and CUPRA, who combine a technological background with an in-depth understanding of the specifics of the automotive market. The lecturers also include recognized experts in their fields - including data security, consumer law and personal branding - so that participants gain access to up-to-date and cross-cutting knowledge necessary for conscious action in the modern business environment.

"Automotive is one of the fastest changing industries today - not only technologically, but also culturally and communicatively. Our goal is to equip participants with practical tools and competencies that will allow them to find their way in this new ecosystem and co-create it successfully. I believe that the real advantage today is created at the intersection of technology, customer understanding and the ability to tell a brand story with a human face."
- Michal Grajewski, Head of Studies

field of study is aimed at people in the automotive industry and professionals in complementary areas - such as marketing, communications, HR or consulting.
