From the myth of "5% of companies" to scaling AI

The discussion raised the argument that only a small percentage of organizations achieve measurable value from AI implementations. However, experts pointed to the context of such studies—the short time frame and the fact that the effects of transformation are not always immediately visible in financial results.

The following is of key importance:

  • Decision-making courage at the management board level.
  • scaling solutions,
  • change in business processes,
  • the ability to learn from unsuccessful projects.

AI leader competencies

According to experts, a transformation leader should combine:

  • understanding the capabilities and limitations of technology,
  • change management skills,
  • ability to identify real business problems,
  • willingness to make difficult decisions.

It was also emphasized that technology is no longer a barrier—today, the biggest challenges are processes and organizational culture.

Frontier company – the organization of the future

During the webinar, the concept of a "frontier company" was discussed—a company that uses AI systematically:

  • increases employee productivity,
  • redefines processes,
  • creates new business models and revenue streams.

Transformation is not just about automation. In many cases, AI enables the creation of new products and services that were previously economically unfeasible.
