Specialized areas
The choice of specialized scope in the Faculty of Information Management is made in the fifth semester of full-time studies and in the sixth semester of part-time studies. Students make their choice of specialized scope by filling out a questionnaire.
Career opportunities:
After completing the project management specialized area, a graduate of the information management field of study is prepared to work in project teams for IT ventures; they possess both extensive and detailed knowledge of organization and project management, management norms and standards, as well as engineering knowledge in software engineering, software creation and maintenance processes. A graduate of this area also has the ability to understand and model business processes, document and optimize them. A graduate can find employment in organizations carrying out any projects, especially IT ones, both on the supplier's side and on the side of the IT solution customer-buyer; in software development departments, IT infrastructure maintenance departments, and IT consulting companies.

Implementation of agile methodology in a software development organization;
Tool support for project management methodology.
Career opportunities:
The graduate of the diploma specialized area of e-commerce has knowledge and skills, both business and technical, in the design, implementation and operation of sales systems on the Internet. He can find employment in e-commerce departments, in companies that trade via the Internet and electronic tools, in companies that design and implement e-commerce solutions, in positions such as e-commerce specialist, e-commerce analyst, e-commerce project coordinator, Internet marketing specialist, administrator of Internet sales support platforms.

Implementation of e-commerce solutions in a tourism company – a case study;
Application of e-commerce solutions based on the example of a company's online store.
Career opportunities:
The graduate of the diploma specialized area of business process analysis is able to conduct analysis of the conditions of business process execution and design and verify their improvement and optimization. He has substantive knowledge of the organization and modeling of business processes, knowledge of Business Intelligence issues and the ability to use this knowledge in practice. He is prepared to work in consulting companies, in such positions as business analyst (especially in companies implementing IT projects for enterprises), requirements engineer in IT projects, process/product engineer, process organizer, quality engineer.

Use of business process analysis in organizations for the efficiency of IT solutions.
Career opportunities:
A graduate of the diploma in specialized area of IT systems implementation has knowledge and competence in the implementation of IT solutions in an enterprise, including conducting pre-implementation analysis and selecting optimal solutions for the needs of a given enterprise. He or she can find employment in companies ordering IT solutions (on the client side) or providing IT software and infrastructure (on the sender side), in positions such as ERP sales and implementation specialist, SAP implementation consultant, IT solution implementation and support consultant, ERP system business analyst.
