1. What influenced you to pursue an MBA at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology?

First of all, the desire to improve my professional skills - this was the case for the first month of study, then everything changed. I did not think that area the material I was learning could have such a big impact on my life and my perception of certain behaviors or processes. If I were to face the decision to study MBA4IT once again, I would do exactly the same without hesitation.

2. How do you recall your time at MBA 4 IT at PJAIT? What was the most significant thing for you during the studies themselves?

The time spent at MBA 4 IT was certainly a very valuable time. For me, the most important thing was to derive valuable knowledge and experience from qualified lecturers who, above all, are active practitioners in their fields, n to learn in a very friendly atmosphere, and to establish valuable relationships with people with similar interests.

3. What areas from the curriculum covered during the MBA program were most relevant and useful to you in your professional life?

The educational program was extensive and full of surprises for me. If I had to answer what areas were most relevant to me I would focus on the topics of cybersecurity and neuro-management.

4. How do you assess the cooperation of MBA students during the course and the contact between the student and the lecturer. Are the relationships that have been established important to you?

I feel that from the very beginning there was no barrier between the Lecturers and us Students that could limit us during the implementation of the exercises, or in joint work during the classes. So far, I have been in contact with lecturers in the areas that interest me the most, and I think this is an added value to the MBA.

5. How did your MBA study contribute to your career development?

My MBA significantly developed my management competencies, which in turn contributed directly to my professional development, namely becoming an IT Director.

6. What values, beyond the curriculum itself, were most important to you during the MBA itself?

A great value is undoubtedly the relationships established with other students, people with similar interests, full of passion and interesting ideas.

During my studies, we managed to organize a trip to Greece for yachting. During this trip I got to know better the people with whom I have implemented joint activities so far. We have a great rapport, joint plans for future trips, and who knows what other good things will happen! J

7. What tips could you give to potential MBA candidates?

That they should not waste their time in deciding to study MBA4IT - it is really money and time well invested. I highly recommend it!
