1. What influenced you to pursue an MBA at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology?

I think a big factor in the decision to pursue an MBA education for the IT industry at PJAIT was the opportunity to gain many important competencies in one program.

2. How do you recall your time at MBA 4 IT at PJAIT? What was the most significant thing for you during the studies themselves?

Throughout my MBA studies, what I found most valuable was the exchange of experiences with other students - this broadened my perspective on many topics that were important to me - there was plenty of discussion. I also have very fond memories of the classes, conducted at a high level by lecturers who shared their knowledge and experiences in an interesting and professional manner.

3. What areas from the curriculum covered during the MBA program were most relevant and useful to you in your professional life?

What was important to me were classes in which the presenters relied primarily on practical solutions to specific topics. Among such lectures, I undoubtedly include CYBER! In my opinion, it was one of the best conducted subjects in the MBA program. The presenter was perfectly prepared for many discussions with students and told us about the elements of cyber security in a really interesting way, supported by professional experience.

4. How do you assess the cooperation of MBA students during the course and the contact between the student and the lecturer. Are the relationships that have been established important to you?

Relationships gained in college were and are very important to me! We constantly keep in touch with each other. I think this is an important part of these studies, because they provide an opportunity to exchange experiences, to discuss very important topics close to both of us. Our group of participants in the MBA for the IT industry was very well matched in terms of the diversity of our professional positions. Although we were from different levels and areas, we had a common desire to learn about the same topics, curiosity, openness, and readiness for real discussion. I also have no reservations about the student-lecturer relationship. The classes were prepared at a high level of content and practicality. The staff allowed us this free space for questions and many discussions, which often went beyond the pre-set curriculum framework.

5. How did your MBA study contribute to your career development?

My studies gave me new skills that I could use directly at work. I gained knowledge that broadened my perspective on project management, IT industry implementations.

6. What values, beyond the curriculum itself, were most important to you during the MBA itself?

A very important value for me was the openness of the students, which I have already mentioned. The opportunity to build a real relationship, a matter of freely exchanging experiences really gave me a lot.
