We are proud to announce that Sefa Sagir, lecturer at the Department of New Media Arts PJAIT, participated in the 16th edition of the International Meetings of Puppetry Schools "Metaforms", held on November 19-22, 2024.
Sefa Sagir collaborated with director Zosia Pinkiewicz on the festival's opening performance titled "IT MIGHT NOT WORK OUT," acting as a multidisciplinary designer. His task was to translate the director's artistic visions onto the stage through the use of interactive lights, sound and mapping. He didn't limit himself to just using modern technologies and tools, but also sought out and created stories in the process, a key point before any multimedia project.
The performance "IT MIGHT NOT WORK OUT" was a meeting and rapprochement of a group of artists - representatives of the AST in Krakow Branch in Wroclaw, the Academy of Music in Wroclaw, the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw, actors, stage designers and the Department of New Media Art PJAIT.
