PJAIT student artwork at Student Poster Confrontation in Tarnow 2023

Works by our students from the studio of DSc Agnieszka Ziemiszewska have qualified for the international exhibition of the Student Poster Confrontations. The exhibition features works by students from design studios at top academies in Poland and around the world, selected for this showcase by an international jury. The exhibition can be viewed in the market square in Tarnów and at the Tarnów Cultural Centre from June 16 to July 29, 2023. NeMA student Marharyta Prykhodska – finalist in the international poster competition on the occasion of the 550th birth anniversary of Nicolaus Copernicus

We are pleased to announce that our student Marharyta Prykhodska has become a finalist in the international poster contest on the occasion of the 550th birth anniversary of Nicolaus Copernicus. Marharyta Prykhodska studies at the Faculty of New Media Arts. She is currently finishing her third year of first-cycle studies in graphic design (full-time, Polish-language program). Works by students from the studio of DSc. Agnieszka Ziemiszewska were presented at the "First Invitational International Students Poster Exhibition of Fazili Art School" at the Didar Gallery in Isfahan, Iran. 11 studios from countries such as Denmark, Ecuador, Poland, South Korea, the USA, and Taiwan were invited to the exhibition. Mateusz Szewczyk's doctoral project won a silver statuette at the European Design Awards

Mateusz Szewczyk's PhD project won a silver statuette at the EDA - European Design Awards in the infographics category. This is the third biggest success for this project, which also won a bronze statuette at the IDA - International Design Awards in the graphic design / Print category and made it to the "short list" and final exhibition of the Peru Design Biennial in Lima. The Supervisors of Dr. Mateusz Szewczyk's doctoral thesis are Prof. Tomasz Myjak and Dr. Anna Światłowska. The project was created in collaboration with XR_Center PJAIT. Congratulations!
