Exams are approaching, and stress is taking its toll? Do you feel like you could use a break? Stress Off! is a three-day initiative aimed at PJAIT students, whose goal is to support well-being, restore balance, and calmly prepare for upcoming exams.

The program includes yoga and ceramics classes, as well as a Coffee Quiz (at Grand Coffee on the second floor of building A) organized in cooperation with the PJAIT Student Council, PJAIT free coffee and a chill zone with coloring books and board games – all to recharge your batteries and gain a better perspective.

You can drop in for just a moment or stay with us longer — Stress Off! is an event designed to help you slow down, take a breather, and take care of yourself before the exam session.
