New postgraduate studies

Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology announces the launch of a new postgraduate course: "AI Leader in Digital Transformation", developed in cooperation with Microsoft. The program responds to the growing market needs for competencies related to the implementation of solutions based on artificial intelligence in organizational structures. The study is aimed at managers who want to strategically and practically use AI as a tool for business transformation.

The program covers AI implementation management, data architecture and infrastructure, AI-First organization design, regulatory and ethical aspects, and implementation of a comprehensive end-to-end project, among others. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills to create innovative operating models, analyze costs and ROI, define business goals, and shape a data-driven organizational culture.

As Marta Godzisz, Director ofPJAIT's Centre for Postgraduate Studies , points out:

Microsoft's involvement in the project underscores its strategic importance for developing the competencies of technology leaders in Poland. Tomasz Dreslerski, Director of the Enterprise Segment at Microsoft Poland, notes:

Dr. Maciej Tąkiel, Head of Direction and Director of Innovation at Greenberg Traurig, adds:"The goal of the program was to create a unique bridge between science, business and technology. We provide our graduates with both technical competence and the ability to shape a culture of innovation - essential for digital transformation to be a sustainable competitive advantage."

As the faculty of the course point out, technical competence without an understanding of organizational processes and the culture of innovation remains insufficient. Only the synergy of technological, managerial and ethical knowledge makes it possible to create solutions that have lasting value for business and society.
