On 26-28.04, representatives of our local government had the honor of participating in the LXII Forum of Art Universities in Katowice. The delegates were two students from the Faculty of New Media Art - Klaudia Michalska (interior design) from Warsaw and Karolina Zambrzycka (graphic design) from Gdansk. This is the first time that our academy participated in this convention.

On the very first day after their arrival, the students took part in an integration meeting, which turned out to be an excellent opportunity to get to know delegates from other universities from all over Poland better. The 26 participants created an intimate atmosphere conducive to making new friends.

The next day, intensive deliberations began atthe Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School, University of Silesia in Katowice. The event was officially opened by the Forum Chairman, Grzegorz Samson, a former graduate PJAIT. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Honorable Dean Krystyna Doktorowicz. Meeting

It allowed them to explore the secrets of the school and ask questions that were on the students' minds. Training blocks led by Tomasz Janoch, Zuzanna Chaberka, and Grzegorz Samson brought a new perspective on artistic topics, student life, and rights and obligations.

There were also interesting panel discussions, where issues of integration, promotion and supporting the quality of education were discussed. Our delegation also had the honor of being invited to the XXI Coal Film Festival. This is a film festival where short films made by film students from around the world are presented.
