Program structure and organization of studies
Part-time studies last four semesters. Classes in each semester are held over eight assemblies covering Saturday and Sunday (usually spaced at two-week intervals), and in addition - an assembly constituting an examination session.
Each subject is conducted with 16 hours of lecture and 16 hours of exercise or laboratory. Part-time studies include, as described below, four semesters.
During the recruitment process, the student selects the applicable two subjects out of four. These are:
- Processing of digital signals and images
- Mobile and wireless systems
- Database management
- Project management
In addition, during the first semester there is a seminar that allows students to become more familiar with each of the four silhouettes of a graduate.
In addition, a lecture course and one subject are conducted in the first semester in the online mode. The student can choose to implement the lecture course in the online mode.

In semester two, the student chooses three of the four subjects. These are:
- Distributed systems and service integration
- Non-relational databases
- Cloud Computing Technologies and Platforms
- Linguistic engineering
In addition, the student pursues the subject mandatory titled Graphs and their applications.
The seminar in this semester is already held according to the choice of thesis topic and supervisor made by each student at the end of the first semester. Thus, there are four thematically different seminars conducted. Also, the aforementioned four subjects should already correspond to the Supervisor's recommendation this semester. Once in the course of study, the student may, by the decision of the supervisor, substitute the realization of a non-key subject for his/her figure from the presented program and settle it with the indicated certificate related to the realized educational subject.
In addition, a lecture course is conducted in the second semester. The student can choose to implement the lecture course in the online mode.
In the third semester, the student chooses three of the five subjects. These are:
- Computer Aided Management Tools and Project Finance
- Data Integration and Data Warehouses
- Cloud Computing Technologies and Platforms
- Advanced Modeling and Analysis of Information Systems
- Practice of programming languages
With the exception of the absence of a compulsory subject in this semester, the entire structure of classes is analogous to semester two.
In the fourth semester, the student chooses two of the three subjects. These are:
- Analysis and exploration of large data sets
- Business process modeling and management
- Advanced methods of protecting information
The seminar and lecture are implemented on the same basis as in the previous semester.
At the end of this semester is the defense of the master's thesis.
