Scrum in Practice: How Do Agile Teams Deliver IT Projects?

In late December 2023, Radosław Nielek, PhD, DSc, Eng., was appointed by the Minister of Digital Affairs as the Director of the Research and Academic Computer Network – National Research Institute (NASK-BIP).
Ph.D. Eng. Radosław Nielek is a graduate of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology and a professor at the Department of Computer Networks and Distributed Systems at PJAIT. Additionally, he completed research internships at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and Technische Universitaet Berlin.
Furthermore, Ph.D. Eng. Radosław Nielek is the author of approximately 100 articles concerning artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity, among other topics, published in prestigious international journals and conference proceedings.
NASK was established in 1992 at the University of Warsaw as a coordination team for the development of academic computer networks. This team played a significant role in connecting Poland to the Internet. Since 1993, NASK has been operating as a research and development unit conducting scientific research in the area of telecommunications, teleinformatics, and teleinformation services, while also serving as a telecommunications operator offering broadband Internet access and traditional telephony.
