Inclusive Design: How Can Technology (Not) Exclude People?
Our students' work on exhibition in Indonesia
On Friday, Pradita University in Indonesia hosted the premiere of the Type Unite exhibition, featuring works by our students (designed in graphic design classes taught by Agnieszka Ziemiszewska): Anna Mucha, Aleksandra Zacharewicz, Barbara Gawron, Małgorzata Gerej, Maria Grądzka, Martyna Cichemska, and Zuzanna Kubala.
Type Unite is an educational project created by a group of lecturers from various countries (the composition changes with each edition), in which I have been participating alongside students since 2017.
This year, outside of our academy, the following institutions are participating in the project:
- American University in the Emirates | UAE
- Namseoul University | South Korea
- Pradita University | Indonesia
- Universidad Técnica del Norte | Ecuador
- Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University | Turkey
With the exhibition in Indonesia, we are launching a series of Type Unite showcases at partner academies.
