Modern Kintsugi Workshop for Members of the PJAIT Alumni Club

In the age of digital transformation, cyber security is no longer just a technical add-on. It is the foundation of the security of the state, institutions and companies, as well as a guarantee of the stability of our daily lives. The current geopolitical situation makes Poland - like other countries - particularly vulnerable to cyber attacks. Therefore, education in this area and investing in digital protection is a necessity, not an option.
After years of teaching cyber security as core material in the curriculum, PJAIT is opening a chair in Cyber Security under the leadership of Adam Kassenberg! This allows PJAIT students to greatly expand their areas of specialization, especially in the AI era.
The world's largest technology companies have known for years that digital security is not a cost, but a strategic investment.
The global cyber security market is growing at a record pace, with cloud security alone set to reach $111 billion by 2025.
The Polish-Japanese Academy of Copmuter Technology has been developing very strongly in terms of #CYBER. We often hear that our education in the area of cyber security, is one of the best paths in Poland. It is an incredible honor to hear this from our students, alumni and independent rpacers. We are all the more pleased that once again our University has become a center for cyber security
In the program:
- mindset of the attacker - how cybercriminals think
- analysis of a costly attack and practical recommendations (MFA, network segmentation, principle of least privilege)
- SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, XDR tools in practice
- live hacking of devices (Wi-Fi, CCTV, networks)
- hands-on exercises to implement immediately
Special thanks to the Organizers:
Adam Kassenberg (head of the cyber security department at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology) and Sekurak experts Michał Sajdak, Krzysztof Smaga, Krystian Działowy and Aleksander Wojdyła.
It was an intense meeting that proved that cybersecurity is not theory - it's practice that needs to be practiced and implemented. Building awareness is the basis, educating specialists is a real need! Thank you to all participants - the turnout showed how much demand there is for reliable and practical knowledge in the area of IT security.
See you there!
