Enrollment for the winter semester of the 2026–2027 academic year began on April 8, 2026.


Requirements for candidates

Master's degree at the Faculty of Information Management are aimed both at those who have completed engineering studies at PJAIT (at the Faculties of Computer Science and Information Management), and graduates of Bachelor or Master studies at other universities, in particular the computer science or related fields of study.

Graduates of other fields of study may be invited to complete the necessary knowledge and skills in the use of information technology in management during the semester/year "0" classes.


Master's degree (supplementary) part-time Polish-language studies 4-semester

Candidates choose part-time during their application to study specialized area and the first semester is implemented according to the chosen path.


Admissions process for studies at PJAIT


1. Online registration

Create an account on the enrolment portal: rekrutacja.pjwstk.edu.pl 

You will receive an activation link, and once your account is activated, you will gain access to your profile. Fill out the forms and obligatorily upload your current ID or passport photo. Be sure to select field of study for which you are applying.


2. Provision of documents

Prepare the required documents, save them in .pdf format, upload the relevant files to the recruitment portal. The documents listed below are the necessary minimum required by the University in order to proceed with the selection procedure for the Master's degree program. Original documents can be submitted after receiving the admission decision, in person, or sent by mail / courier to the address of the University.


Graduates PJAIT submit:

1. application for enrollment - the completed form can be downloaded from your profile in the recruitment system after uploading a digital proof photo. Candidates who do not upload a photo will not be able to download the application. Applications with an inadequate photo will not be accepted. Remember to sign your application!

2. protocol of qualification proceedings - to download from the recruitment portal


Graduates of other universities submit:

1. application for enrollment - the completed form can be downloaded from your profile in the recruitment system after uploading a digital proof photo. Candidates who do not upload a photo will not be able to download the application. Applications with an inadequate photo will not be accepted. Remember to sign your application!

2. the protocol of the qualification procedure - to download from the recruitment portal

3. the diploma of graduation with a supplement - the candidate presents the original, a copy or a photocopy certified by a notary public (for those who have not yet taken the defense of the diploma thesis or are waiting to receive the diploma, please provide a certificate from the dean's office regarding the defense / defense date and the course sheet). If you have a diploma obtained outside Poland, the candidate is also required to provide a translation of the diploma and apostille / legalization*.

4. proof of payment for the qualification procedure - PLN 85

OPTIONAL

Resume, certificates, certificate of completed courses only if you have a first degree in non-technical fields (possible confirmation of work experience if the job is related to IT). 


Foreigners

Foreigners who do not have a Polish university diploma must, in addition to the documents in points 1-4 above, additionally provide:

- Certificate of proficiency in Polish at a minimum of B2 - check;

- Diploma translation - holders of diplomas issued in Polish, English or bilingual diplomas, when one of the languages is English, are exempt from the translation requirement;

- Apostille/legalization of the diploma - holders of diplomas issued by the following countries are exempt from the obligation: countries of the European Union and EFTA, Australia, Belarus, Canada, Ukraine, USA, UK;

- *Writtendecision of the NAWA Director confirming eligibility to apply for admission to a master's degree - applies to holders of certificates issued outside the EU, EFTA, OECD, Ukraine and China.

- passport scan.

*As of July 1, 2025, foreign diplomas must be recognized by the Director of NAWA as entitling the student to begin second-level studies in Poland. This does not apply to certificates issued by countries of the European Union, EFTA, OECD, Ukraine and China.

3 Qualification procedure

Eligibility for studies is based on the qualification procedure.

The selection committee evaluates the candidate's current education on the basis of the documents submitted and qualifies for the appropriate form of study.

In the case of candidates from outside PJAIT, with whom there will be curriculum differences, it may be necessary to complete additional subjects of study Bachelor's degree. The decision is made by the Dean of the Faculty of Information Management.

Graduates of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Management PJAIT are exempt from the qualification procedure. The qualification procedure is paid - 85 PLN.


4. Studies qualification

The study qualification decision is sent after accumulating the appropriate number of candidates to start the group, after submitting a set of documents and successfully passing the qualification procedure. Information about the possibility of downloading the decision is sent to the e-mail given at registration

Graduates PJAIT are not subject to the qualification procedure.


5. Contract, fee, and submission of original documents

A contract is made available along with the qualification decision. Both documents are downloadable from the recruitment profile. Candidates qualified for the study are required within 2 weeks:

1. pay the first installment of tuition

2. sign a contract with the University

3. provide the original diploma with a supplement ( if applicable, the Candidate shall additionally submit an apostille / legalization ).

A contract is a type of agreement that defines PJAIT 's obligations to you and yours to PJAIT.

- The completed and signed contract is uploaded by the candidate to his profile on the recruitment portal. The contract must be scanned legibly into a pdf file. With the order of the pages preserved.

- Payments should be made to the individual account number available on the profile

- The candidate provides the original diploma, supplement, its copy or a photocopy certified by a notary public. Documents can be sent by mail, courier, or can be delivered by a "third party" such as a parent.

If your studies are paid for by your employer, for example, you can sign a contract with a University-Sponsor-Student annex.

Note: candidates signing a contract a week before the end of the recruitment period PJAIT does not guarantee the issuance of an ID card and the activation of an account on the University's server before the start of classes.
