1. what influenced you to take up an MBA at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology?

First of all, the program offer itself, the staff of Lecturers, as well as the market opinion of the Academy itself.

2. How do you recall your time at MBA 4 IT at PJAIT? What was the most significant thing for you during the studies themselvesów?

The time spent at PJAIT is a fascinating adventure for me, giving me a baggage of useful knowledge and experience.

The most important thing for me was that the classes at the MBA program are taught primarily by practitioners, actively working in various industries. There is no kind of distance Student-Teacher relationship here. This perfectly influenced the comfort of the Students and emboldened them to actively discuss and exchange experiences during the classes.

3. what areas from the curriculum covered during the studiesóin the MBA were the most relevant and useful to you in your professional life?

The subject offerings of the MBA program at PJAIT are extensive. Each subject gives a useful "brick" in the work of a manager, especially a manager in the IT industry. In my case, the most useful subjects were those related to management, psychology, public speaking and personal development - since these are the areas I deal with most often in my professional work these days.

4. how do you assess the cooperation of studentsóMBA during the course and the contact between the student and the lecturer. Is the relationship thatórełhavecreated, are they important to you?important to you?

As I mentioned earlier, the atmosphere was very relaxed, which was very positive for the comfort of the Students. The lecturers are mainly active practitioners, as are most of the Students in this field. As a result, we were able to exchange experiences, learn about the perspectives of others operating in the same or similar industry. Systematize our knowledge or learn completely new aspects of the areas in which we move on a daily basis. When working with people, especially in a managerial role, relationships are very important.

5. howóDid your MBA study contribute to your career development?

First of all, they allowed me to better understand various aspects of psychology, which certainly influenced my team management and approach to many issues. In addition to this, diverse management techniques allowed me to raise my level as a manager, and public speaking improved my skills as a speaker. There was also the improvement of hard skills in the field of cyber security and broader economics.

6. What values, apart from the educational program itself, were most important to you during the studies themselvesóMBA?

The opportunity to exchange knowledge with very experienced managers who are at different stages of their career path. Getting to know several perspectives, people from many industries.

7. What tips could you give to potential MBA candidates?

Probably just enough not to hesitate as well as not to delay making a decision regarding the choice of MBA studies. It is definitely worth it!
