1. What influenced your decision to pursue MBA studies at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology?

First of all, the curriculum itself, the faculty, as well as the market reputation of the Academy itself.

2. How do you look back on your time spent on the MBA 4 IT at PJAIT? What was most important to you during your studies?

The time spent at PJAIT was a fascinating adventure for me, providing a wealth of useful knowledge and experience.

The most important thing for me was that the classes in the MBA program are taught primarily by practitioners who are actively involved in various industries. There is no traditional distance in the Student-Lecturer relationship. This had a great impact on the students' comfort and encouraged active discussion and the exchange of experience during classes.

3. Which areas of the MBA curriculum were most important to you and proved most useful in your professional life?

The range of topics covered in the MBA program at PJAIT is very broad. Each subject provides a useful "building block" for a manager's work, especially in the IT industry. In my case, the most useful topics were related to management, psychology, public speaking, and personal development—since these are the areas I deal with most frequently in my professional work.

4. How do you evaluate the cooperation between MBA students during classes and the contact between the student and the lecturer? Are the relationships you managed to build important to you?

As I mentioned earlier, the atmosphere was very relaxed, which had a very positive impact on the students' comfort. The lecturers are primarily active practitioners, much like most of the students in this program. This allowed us to exchange experiences and learn about the perspectives of others working in the same or a similar industry. We could systematize our knowledge or discover brand-new aspects of the areas we navigate on a daily basis. When working with people, especially in a management role, relationships are extremely important.

5. How did the MBA studies contribute to the development of your professional career?

Above all, they allowed me to better understand various aspects of psychology, which certainly influenced my team management and approach to many issues. In addition, diverse management techniques allowed me to raise my level as a manager, and public speaking improved my workshop as a speaker. There was also an enhancement of hard skills in the area of cybersecurity and economics in the broad sense.

6. What values, apart from the curriculum itself, were most important to you during the MBA studies?

The opportunity to exchange knowledge with highly experienced managers at various stages of their professional paths. Getting to know multiple perspectives and people from many industries.

7. What advice could you give to prospective candidates for MBA studies?

Probably just not to hesitate and not to postpone the decision regarding the choice of MBA studies. It is definitely worth it!
