On Thursday, November 14, 2024, at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw, we had the honor of hosting the newly appointed Ambassador of Japan to Poland, Mr. Akira Kono. 

Mr. Akira Kono assumed the position of the Ambassador of Japan to Poland on October 14, and began his official activity on October 30, presenting credentials to President Andrzej Duda. In this way, he replaced Mr. Akio Miyajima, whom we had the honor of hosting many times within the walls of our Academy.

The Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology has been serving as a center connecting Poland and Japan for 30 years. It is a great honor for us to host such distinguished personalities, which contributes to further strengthening Polish-Japanese relations.
