WINTEGRAL 2026 wasn't just another student ski trip. From the very beginning, we wanted to create an event that would combine sports, team-building, and entertainment with communication, technology, and collaboration with business partners.

From February 20 to March 1, 2026, WINTEGRAL participants traveled to the Verbier region of Switzerland. Our base was a residence in La Tzoumaz, located right on the slopes. Participants received a six-day ski pass for the 4 Vallées area, accommodations in apartments, and a team-building program organized by us.

It was precisely this combination of a great location, a supportive community, and a well-thought-out setting that made WINTEGRAL 2026 something much more than just a winter trip.

It all started with a good idea

From the very beginning, we were committed to ensuring that WINTEGRAL had its own distinct identity. We didn’t want to simply sell students accommodations, transportation, and a ski pass. We wanted to invite them to be part of an experience that would begin even before they left and that they would remember long after their return.

That is why WINTEGRAL 2026 was given a cohesive visual identity, dedicated communication, and a promotional campaign conducted primarily on the PJAIT Student Government’s social media channels.

In our communications, we highlighted not onlyfield of study but, above all, the emotions that were meant to accompany it. There were dynamic videos, content referencing student humor, presentations of attractions, organizational information, and posts counting down the time until the event began.

We didn't want to just tell the students, "We're going to Switzerland." We wanted to show them why they should go there with us.

The first promotional materials announced the trip to Verbier and the event date. Subsequent posts elaborated on the history of WINTEGRAL, reminded readers about registration, and gradually built anticipation ahead of the trip.

Selected Promotional Materials

A campaign that reached students

The WINTEGRALA campaign was carried out in stages. First, we built interest and presented the trip itself. Next, we focused on sign-ups, highlighting the limited number of spots available and the specific benefits of participating. In the final stage, our communication centered on emotions, the participants’ preparations, and the countdown to the trip.

An important part of the promotion was the use of short video clips. These clips allowed us to showcase WINTEGRAL in a natural and dynamic way, without creating a formal campaign that wouldn’t fit the student-oriented nature of the event.

In total, the promotional materials for WINTEGRAL 2026 achieved:

  • 30,670 subscribers (unique accounts)
  • 38 entries
  • 19 new followers on the profile

These data show that communication surrounding the event was not limited solely to the participants. WINTEGRAL also gained visibility among students who were just becoming familiar with the Student Government’s activities, people from outside PJAIT potential partners for future initiatives.

Partners who took part in the event

Organizing an event of this scale would not have been possible without the support of our partners. Among others , Netcompany, Orange Flex, and AiSECLAB have joined us in collaborating on WINTEGRALA 2026.

The collaboration wasn't just about placing the company's logo on the graphics. We wanted our partners' presence to be naturally integrated into the participants' experience and to provide them with real value.

Thanks to the support we received, we were able to develop the trip itinerary, organize additional activities, prepare valuable prizes, and create items to identify WINTEGRAL participants.

One particularly notable aspect of the collaboration was the ski vests prepared for the participants. They were created with the support of AiSECLAB and featured specially designed logos related to the event.

The vests quickly became one of the symbols of the trip. Participants wore them while skiing down the slopes, met up in them during group activities, and appeared in them in photos and posts on social media.

It was a simple but very effective way to build a sense of community. In the vast ski area, we could easily recognize each other, feel that we were truly one team, and at the same time showcase WINTEGRAL and its partners even outside our accommodations.

We would like to thank each of our partners for their trust, willingness to collaborate, and support of this event created by students for students.

Technology that supported integration

One of the most important elements of WINTEGRAL 2026 was a dedicated app designed for the trip’s participants.

The app was more than just a technological add-on. It became the central hub for communication during the event. It gave participants easy access to key information, kept them up to date on the schedule, and encouraged participation in group activities.

Thanks to it, organizational information didn’t get lost amid numerous messages and group chats. Participants could check what they needed at any given moment all in one place. The technology was used precisely where it could truly facilitate the functioning of a large group.

Most importantly, however, the app also supported the integration process itself. It helped engage participants, encouraged them to take part in subsequent program activities, and created a shared digital space for the entire trip.

This was another step forward in the development of our events. We demonstrated that student social events can be organized in a modern, professional manner, using solutions designed specifically for the academic community.

The integration didn't end on the slopes

Of course, the main focus of WINTEGRAL was skiing and snowboarding, but we knew from the start that the best trips also happen off the slopes.

That’s why new activities were planned for the participants every day as part of the team-building program. The schedule included, among other things, après-ski activities, quizzes, poker night, board games, and themed gatherings. The program was designed so that everyone could find something they enjoyed, regardless of their skiing ability or whether they knew the other participants beforehand.

It was important to us that people who didn’t know anyone before the trip not remain mere observers. The various activities encouraged them to form teams, meet new people, and spend time together.

It was during these evening gatherings, contests, group outings, and spontaneous conversations that friendships were formed—friendships that didn’t end when we returned to Warsaw.

Awards That Were Truly Worth Competing For

The contests and activities during WINTEGRAL weren’t just about symbolic victories. Thanks to our collaboration with our partners, we were able to offer valuable prizes that further encouraged participants to get involved.

The prizes were tied to specific contests, sports activities, and team-building exercises. We wanted to make sure they weren’t just random trinkets, but something the participants would actually want to win and use later on.

The prizes included:

  • Pub Voucher Zagrywki
  • Lego Lama
  • Hitster
  • Wizzair Flight Voucher
  • JBL Speaker

The prizes, however, were just a bonus. What mattered most was the participants’ engagement, their creativity, and their willingness to immerse themselves in the world of WINTEGRAL that we had created.

A community visible across the entire slope

One of WINTEGRAL's most successful outcomes was the creation of a genuine sense of community.

Vests, the app, group activities, social media posts, and the organizers’ daily presence all helped participants feel like they were part of a single event from the very beginning.

We could easily find and recognize each other on the slopes. In the evenings, we got together for group activities. Participants received key information through the app, and they could follow daily updates on social media.

WINTEGRAL was not a collection of separate groups that just happened to be in the same place. It was a single community.

And that is exactly the aspect we want to develop in future editions.

WINTEGRAL by the Numbers

WINTEGRAL 2026 is:

  • nearly 100 participants
  • Trip from February 20 to March 1, 2026
  • 7 nights in apartments
  • 6 days of access to the 4 Vallées ski area
  • 4 partners
  • one community
  • countless memories

A partnership that offers more than just visibility

WINTEGRAL 2026 demonstrated that collaboration between a student organization and the business world can go far beyond simply displaying a logo.

The partners became an integral part of the event, and their support translated into tangible experiences for the participants. At the same time, the companies were able to feature in communications targeted at PJAIT students, people interested in technology and business, and participants actively involved in academic life.

As part of the collaboration, the partners were able to gain, among other things:

  • participation in the event's promotional campaign,
  • display of markings during the trip,
  • visibility in photos and videos,
  • the opportunity to sponsor prizes for participants,
  • direct access to the PJAIT student community,
  • inclusion in summaries published after the event,
  • the opportunity to build a long-term relationship with the PJAIT Student Government.

WINTEGRAL is a project that combines an active community, an engaging event format, and extensive communication. For partners, this means the opportunity to establish an authentic presence within the student community, without creating an artificial distance between the brand and the participants.

Thank you for helping us build WINTEGRAL!

WINTEGRAL 2026 would not have been possible without months of preparation, the work of the organizers, the support of our partners, and, above all, the enthusiasm of the participants.

We would like to thank everyone involved in organizing the trip, the staff members, and the teams responsible for promotion, technology, partnerships, and the event program.

We would like to thank Netcompany, Orange Flex, AiSECLAB, and Comtegra for their decision to support our project.

Our biggest thanks, however, go to the participants. It was your energy, openness, and commitment that truly brought the concept we developed to life.

We created an event that brought students together on the slopes, during evening activities, on the app, and on social media. We built a community that was visible throughout Verbier and that brought back much more than just photos from the mountains when they returned.

See you at WINTEGRAL 2027!
