As the days grow longer and exam season looms dangerously close, Warsaw students know one thing for sure—it’s time forVarsonalia. The 2026 edition promises to be one of the strongest in recent years, blending the energy of rap with the nostalgia of the 2000s and a pop-rock sound.

A Grand Student Festival

Varsonalia isn’t just any ordinary concert. It’s two days during which the city pulses to the beat of Poland’s biggest hits, and Syrenka Stadium transforms into a bustling festival village. It is here, far from lecture halls and daily responsibilities, that students get their first real taste of summer, creating memories that will stay with them for years to come.

The event grows in popularity every year. Previous editions have proven that Syrenka can accommodate tens of thousands of fans singing along to their idols’ songs. This year’s fourth edition has the potential to break all attendance records.

A scene that bridges generations and styles

This year's lineup is a carefully curated mix with something for everyone. From rap bangers to alternative pop to rock classics:

  • Rap Fire: The stage will feature giants of the genre— PRO8L3M andBiałas—as well as representatives of the new wave: Kuban andYoung Igi.
  • Pop and energy: Igo and the ever-reliable Enej will make sure you get your fill of good vibes.
  • A trip down memory lane: There will be no shortage of classics that everyone knows, regardless of the year on their ID—bands like Kombii, Video, andProvizorka will be performing.

Where and when?

The main festivities are scheduled forMay 15 and 16 (Friday and Saturday). As usual, the heart of the event is Syrenki Stadium at 10a Batorego Street. It is here, in the shadow of the Warsaw University of Technology buildings and the greenery of Pola Mokotowskie, that a festival village is being set up to accommodate thousands of participants.

More than just music

Although the concerts are the heart of Varsonalia, a joint effort by as many as 10 Warsaw universities—including the Warsaw University of Technology (PW), the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), PJAIT the Medical University of Warsaw (WUM)—has ensured that the stadium is bustling with activity from morning until late at night. Participants can look forward to:

Food Zone: Food trucks to help you survive the hours-long madness in front of the stage.

Attraction Zones: Special areas set up by event partners featuring contests and giveaways.

VarsoWeek: A week packed with outdoor games, silent discos, and even bowling tournaments.

See you in front of the stage!

The atmosphere at Varsonalia is truly one-of-a-kind. It’s a time when the divisions between universities fade away, and all that matters is having fun together and celebrating youth.

Tickets are now on sale. If you want to experience the heart of student life in Warsaw, you won’t want to miss it.
