The Inauguration Ceremony and MBA Graduation for the IT industry is over!

On October 25, 2025, the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology held an inauguration and graduation ceremony for students of the MBA for IT and postgraduate programs.

Two special guests gave their speeches. The first was Slawomir Idziak - world-class cinematographer, director and screenwriter, cinematographer of such productions as Gattaca - Future Shock, Helicopter on Fire and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. His work is a combination of masterful craftsmanship and deep reflection on how an image tells a story.

The second guest was Tomasz Dreslerski - a manager with more than 20 years of experience in the ICT, financial and telecommunications industries, currently serving as Enterprise Commercial Lead at Microsoft Poland. Previously associated with Orange Polska, among others, he was responsible for the development of new business areas and organizational transformation.

In addition, the attendees had the opportunity to hear speeches by Agnieszka Bierawska (Director of the People & Culture Division, Wirtualna Polska), Agnieszka Kowaluk (MBA lecturer for the IT industry), Dariusz Duma (MBA lecturer for the IT industry), Pawel Madej (MBA graduate for the IT industry, team leader at the Cyber Security Department of Bank Pekao S.A.), Barbara Wilczak (MBA graduate for the IT industry in aviation, Delivery Project Manager at FLYR), Marta Godzisz (Director of the Centre for Postgraduate Studies and MBA for the IT Industry) and His Magnificence the Rector of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, Dr. Jerzy Paweł Nowacki.

The ceremony ended in a friendly atmosphere of a joint meeting of graduates, lecturers and invited guests. The exchange of experiences and thanks closed this year's cycle of postgraduate studies and MBA program for the IT industry.
