The session is approaching and you feel the tension rising? Do you need a moment to yourself? Stress Off! is a three-day event created for PJAIT students to help take care of balance, catch distance and mentally prepare for the intense time of exams.

On the schedule: psychological workshops, yoga, a relaxation zone and a bit of fun - everything you need to gain strength!

Stop by for a while or stay longer - Stress Off! is your space to catch your balance before the session. See you there!

June 17 (Tuesday)
