We are pleased to announce that on October 5, 2022, our Academy had the pleasure of hosting Prof. Shinichi Kitaoka from the University of Tokyo, former President of JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency),

Our students had the opportunity to listen to the lecture "Meiji Restoration: Start of Full-Scale Modernization" and participate in a debate with Professor Kitaoka. The speech touched upon the process of Japan's democratization and the impact of historical events on the country's development.
