Procedure for legalization of stay in Poland for foreigners

Are you planning to study at PJAIT and are a foreigner? Be sure to learn about the procedure for legalizing your stay in Poland!

Candidates and students have the opportunity to legalize their stay in the Republic of Poland, in two ways, by applying for:

- Visa - applies to those who stay outside Poland;

- Temporary residence permit - applies to people who are already in Poland during the recruitment process.

Both procedures can be quite time-consuming, so we suggest that you familiarize yourself with them at the beginning of the recruitment process.

We would also like to inform you that PJAIT, apart from issuing a standard admission certificate and fee payment confirmation, does not have the ability to influence the decision issued by consulates, embassies, foreigners' office, etc.

A visa with the annotation "student" can only be obtained by full-time students or those going to Poland to take a preparatory course for university studies.
