is an award-winning, multidisciplinary typographic artist and graphic designer from Iran, based in The Hague. He is the founder of Studio Saber, established in 2018. He studied a BA in Graphic Design at the University of Tehran (2004-2010), a one-year course in Perso-Arabic Type Design at Vije School of Visual Communications (2008-2009), and a BA in Graphic Design at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague (2014-2018). He doesn't consider himself to be a typical graphic designer, type designer, calligrapher, or painter. He pushes the boundaries of each domain and explores its visual potential, focusing on letters as primary artistic components. His common ground within the different disciplines is LANGUAGE & TYPOGRAPHY. He aims to create a new visual language that builds a bridge between East and West. Through his work, he experiments with various aspects of typography in Latin, Farsi, and Arabic, emphasizing the features of each script and language.
