Bio

Kaja Kozon (r. 1996). From 2015 to 2020, studied at the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Diploma with rector's honor, defended under the direction of dr hab. Piotr Wachowski dr hab. He works in painting, forms of contemporary drawing, spatial installation and sculpture. He is a curator of art exhibitions. In 2020. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw with the first place on the ranking list of the best graduates of uniform master's degree programs in the 2019/2020 academic year.

Kaja Kozon was the recipient of the Mark Maria Pienkowski Foundation Award in 2016. During her studies, she was awarded the Rector's Scholarship (2015/16, 2016/17, 2017/18) for her academic performance. In 2019, she was also awarded a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. She has participated in twenty - three solo exhibitions and twelve group exhibitions. The artist's works are in the collections of the Royal Baths Museum in Warsaw, as well as in private collections in Poland, France, Turkey, the UK and Switzerland. She is currently working as an exhibition specialist, manager of the Pod Arkadami Gallery, MDK - DŚT in Łomża.
