Bio
Agnieszka Ziemiszewska is a graphic designer, educator and art curator. She designs posters, publications, visual identities and realizes exhibitions. She began her career as a freelance designer creating visual identity systems. She currently focuses on experimental, non-commercial, educational and research projects. Her work has been exhibited worldwide in both solo and group exhibitions. She has received many prestigious honors and awards, including at the Toyama Poster Triennial in Japan, the Warsaw Poster Biennale and the China Poster Biennale.
She has given a number of workshops and lectures at international events and universities in France, Cyprus, Bulgaria, China, Hungary, the Netherlands, Indonesia, South Korea, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Iran and Jordan. She has served on juries and committees of national and international graphic design competitions and events. She has also curated and co-organized many exhibitions in Poland and abroad. She lives in Lodz, Poland.
