Philip Vermeulen's open lecture "Academy of the Senses" at PJAIT
It is with great regret that we say goodbye to Dr. Elżbieta Gnyp, a long-time lecturer at PJAIT in Warsaw at the Department of New Media Art.
She was a graduate of the State High School of Fine Arts in Zamosc, the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Poznan and the Faculty of History at Warsaw University.
Elzbieta Gnyp practiced painting, printmaking and drawing, as well as photography. She was a member of the Association of Polish Pastelists.
She has participated in more than a hundred solo and group exhibitions, and as a curator has organized dozens of exhibitions of contemporary art.
She was the originator of the National Painting Plein-Air in Zwierzyniec and the Zamosc Lesmian Art Biennale.
