On February 3–5, the PJSEC cybersecurity club took part in the Attack & Defense Capture The Flag competition – Operation Cyber Flag '26, organized by the Cyber Defense Forces Command. The 10-person team competed in a format in which they simultaneously defended their own infrastructure and conducted offensive operations against their rivals; the key was to maintain the continuity of system operations despite constant pressure. In the second round of the qualifiers, they were the only student team – the other teams consisted of experienced professionals, often combining representatives of various companies and institutions.

The competition was very intense: tactics, cooperation, automation, and working under pressure were crucial, as the attacks were practically non-stop, and there were plenty of vulnerabilities to detect, patch, and exploit. Despite the difficult conditions, the team was well-coordinated, committed, and did not lose their fighting spirit, and our students gained a lot of practical knowledge and were very satisfied with their participation.
