Cloud computing — a guide to cloud computing

PacketFront Software Solutions AB enters collaboration with the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology to explore the potential of AI enhancing the Telco service experience.
Software company PacketFront is convinced that AI can significantly improve the Telco service experience and increase value creation for ISPs. To further explore AI/ML potentials, PacketFront has therefore initiated a collaboration with the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.
As specialists in simplifying complex network operations for telecom operators, city carriers, and enterprises, one of PacketFront's main ambitions is to free network engineers from costly and time-consuming routine tasks, enabling them to focus on enhancing the company's core offerings and expanding their own knowledge. This goal not only reduces the company's operating costs but also increases its profitability.
To demonstrate this theoretical conviction that AI/ML technologies can realize and simplify this ambitious process, PacketFront has collaborated with the student organization 'Data Science Club' at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology over the past year. Together, they have investigated whether AI/ML can further reduce the complexity of managing network operations. The research, conducted by the student organization under the supervision of Professor Grzegorz Wójcik at the Academy, has shown that AI/ML technologies can significantly enhance business process efficiency and improve the overall performance of the operator's organization.
The successful collaboration with the 'Data Science Club' clearly demonstrated that partnering with an organization with a long-term perspective is key to strengthening one's own offerings. Following an inquiry, PacketFront is delighted to formalize the deepened relation with the prestigious Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.
This collaboration entails joint research and development focusing on integrating AI/ML technologies within software-defined networks, as well as various business support systems and processes.
Jonas Ohlsson, CTO at PacketFront says: "We believe that by combining the academic expertise of intelligent systems with PacketFront’s industry insights and solutions, we can significantly enhance the value we provide to our client base."
“I am convinced that this cooperation will bring numerous tangible and intangible benefits for both parties involved in it, but above all, I am confident that it will provide an excellent opportunity and create space for the development of young, talented, and ambitious individuals studying at our Academy. - said Prof. Grzegorz Wójcik, Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.
