Introduction
Our Sound Engineering Laboratory was designed from the ground up with professional sound work in mind. The space consists of two separate rooms: a recording studio and a director's room, separated by double glass and a system of double doors. This type of solution guarantees optimal acoustic isolation and high comfort both during recording and in the post-production process.
To eliminate unwanted acoustic phenomena, the rooms were designed to exclude right angles between walls. Specialized sound-absorbing materials were also used to effectively reduce reflections and resonances, ensuring precise listening and recording conditions.
Music Society PJAIT
Music Society PJAIT is a music circle operating at our university since March 2025. We create a space where students can develop their musical passions, learn new skills and share their creativity in a friendly atmosphere. There are two main initiatives within the circle:
- Jam Session - is a periodic meeting where anyone can join and together with others play instruments, sing or just talk about music. This is an ideal opportunity to meet other music lovers and develop your talents in a relaxed, inspiring atmosphere.
- Music Society band - PJAIT's representative musical lineup, which is a showcase for our university at events and concerts. The band has a permanent lineup, but is willing to collaborate with other PJAIT artists, opening up to new projects and musical experiments.
