WZI students among the top teams in the Academic Management Championship

On May 28, 2026, the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology will serve as a forum for the exchange of ideas between tomorrow’s leaders and practitioners in the global technology market. Student Council PJAIT invites you tothe “Conference of Future Governments” —an event combining academic content with the real-world challenges of the technology, management, and leadership sectors.

About the event
The Conference of Future Student Councils is not just a series of lectures—it is a multifaceted educational platform designed to equip students with the skills necessary in an era of rapid advancements in artificial intelligence. The event is hosted by Student Council PJAIT, which presents an innovative model for managing a student organization based on automation and modern structures.
At 5:30 p.m., the conference will begin with a substantive opening session dedicated to a modern model of student government operations—a demonstration of how advanced digital tools can effectively streamline decision-making and communication processes within an organization, using the example of proprietary solutions implemented by the PJAIT Student Government.
Workshop Trio: Insights from Market Leaders
A key component of the program is the workshop module, which offers participants three specialized development tracks—TECH, MEDIA, and LEADERSHIP—led by renowned experts. Participants choose one track—spots are limited.
🖥️ track : AI Agents in Practice
A technical workshop focused on the design and implementation of agent-based ecosystems.
The track will be led by specialists from the PJAIT XR Center team: Rafał Masłyk, Jakub Zboina, Barbara Karpowicz, and Wiesław Kopeć, who are co-creators of field of study innovative, interdisciplinary field of study Cognitive field of study – Technologies, Communication, Design, combining the latest technological trends, including AI and robotics, with neuroscientific, social, economic, and cultural contexts.
In Auditorium A1, under the guidance of our experts, you’ll build your first agent ecosystem. You’ll learn how to create agents that use tools independently and solve complex tasks.

🎙️ track : Masterclass on Public Speaking and Influence
A masterclass in communication skills with one of Poland’s most experienced journalists and trainers.
For over 20 years, Krzysztof Górlicki has been the face and voice of TVN24—hosting programs such as “Dzień na żywo,” “Dzień po dniu,” and “Polska i Świat.” A television and radio journalist, MBA lecturer, director of postgraduate studies atPJAIT co-founder of the Academy of Public Speaking and Communication (AWPIK). He has trained hundreds of students and managers in public speaking, presentations, and communication management in high-stress situations. Certified Design Sprint facilitator.
During the workshop, Górlicki will discuss techniques for building authority, managing emotions in high-stakes situations, and strategies for effectively presenting a business vision to investors and boards of directors.

An intensive module focused on personal branding and career strategy, offered as part of the Girls Future Ready initiative. The session will be led by:
The program covers leadership mindset training, effective negotiation techniques, and strategies for breaking through glass ceilings while remaining authentic. This module is designed for anyone who wants to consciously shape their career path.
Panel Discussion: “What Does the Future Hold for Education in the Age of AI?”
The highlight of the conference will be an expert panel discussion that stands out for its exceptionally broad range of perspectives—each panelist represents a different aspect of the world of education and the labor market. It is precisely this diversity of viewpoints that guarantees a discussion full of genuine tension and concrete conclusions.

Kamil BonasKamil Bonas, M.A. – social and political activist, graduate of the University of Warsaw’s law program. Member of the Main Council for Science and Higher Education, where he serves as vice-chair of the Education Committee, and member of the Council for Dialogue with the Younger Generation, where he chairs the team for science and higher education. In the past, he served, among other roles, as President of the Student Government at the University of Warsaw from 2019 to 2022, the longest tenure since 1989. He is a member of over a dozen teams and committees responsible for, among other things, for educational quality, development, and strategic programs; a long-standing senator at the University of Warsaw; a member of the University Disciplinary Committee; a member of the Board of the University of Warsaw Foundation; a member of the Academic Council of the 4EU+ Alliance; and a student affairs expert for the Polish Accreditation Committee. Currently, he serves as secretary of the evaluation teams of the Polish Accreditation Committee and participates in the work of the ministerial team on changes to the student benefits system. He has collaborated, among others, with the Scientific Policy Committee on the evaluation and development of the National Scientific Policy. Piotr MazurkiewiczManaging Partner at HRK S.A., responsible for the company’s recruitment services, executive search, and marketing activities. He has been with HRK since 2005. He represents the company within Kestria—an international association of executive search firms—where he serves as EMEA Practice Leader for Financial Services and Banking. He has many years of managerial experience gained at companies such as Zurich Insurance Company, Credit Suisse Insurance Company, Zepter International, and AXA Assistance. He holds a degree in finance and banking and an MBA from the Polish Open University – Oxford Brookes University. Monika GrzeczyńskaMonika Grzeczyńska is a technology leader with nearly 20 years of experience in engineering, telecommunications operations, and digital transformation. As Director of Data & AI at Orange Innovation Polska, she works with teams to implement AI-based solutions that improve operations and the customer experience at scale. Throughout her career, she has led complex projects, built teams, and helped transform technology into tangible business value. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology. Marta GodziszA leader in the new technologies sector and an expert in corporate governance, digital transformation, and organizational culture in the age of AI. For over ten years, she has been developing Google Cloud in Poland, helping to create one of the largest technology centers in Europe. Independent member of the Supervisory Boards of InPost, Pekao SA, and Pelion, as well as a member of the Bielik Business Council. A graduate of universities in Poland and the U.S. Co-founder of Digital University and the LiderSHE Association. Nikolai Piolun-NoyszewskiMikołaj Piołun-Noyszewski is a social activist and software developer with over six years of experience in project management and team building. He began his activism in 2020 as President of the Student Council at Ignacy Domeyko High School No. 122 in Warsaw, organizing social campaigns and charity drives. In 2022, he coordinated a shelter for refugees from Ukraine, collaborating with the Warsaw Crisis Management Center and local authorities. From 2023 to 2024, he served as President of the Izabelin Municipal Youth Council, and his community involvement was recognized with the Tadeusz Mazowiecki Youth Award and the title of Volunteer of the Year. Today, he is the President of the PJAIT Student Government PJAIT Vice President of the Warsaw Universities Alliance—an organization bringing together student representatives from across the capital. The debate will bring together perspectives from academia, the job market, the tech industry, and student activism—a rare opportunity to hear how these different worlds answer the same question: Is education keeping pace with AI?
The Vision Deck: Inter-university exchange of experiences (8:00–8:15 p.m.)
A dynamic session featuring concise presentations by student government leaders from universities across Poland. In a concise format, each speaker presents a proven solution or a vision for modernizing student government structures—creating a shared repository of best practices for modern student organizations.
Global Perspective: Magda Dziewguć (8:15–9:00 p.m.)
The event will be framed by a presentation from our special guest, Magda Dziewguć. In her lecture titled “Poland as the Digital Heart of Europe: Our Opportunities in the Global Technology Race,” , the speaker will analyze the role of Polish intellectual capital in the development of global AI solutions and Poland’s position on the map of the global digital transformation. The session will conclude with an open Q&A panel moderated by Emilia Perlińska.
Networking at Bar Kaskada (starting around 9:30 p.m.)
The highlight of this intensive workshop day will be a networking session in a relaxed atmosphere. After the official portion concludes, participants and speakers will head to the Kaskada barge on the Vistula River. This May evening on the Vistula will be an opportunity for informal conversations—a direct exchange of experiences among invited local governments from across Poland, speakers, and market experts.
