We would like to announce the start of the 3rd edition of the postgraduate program "Bioinformatics"! This year the program has been significantly expanded and modernized, offering a new way of teaching. We have enriched the team of lecturers with specialists with impressive knowledge and practical experience, who will introduce the students to the most current trends in bioinformatics.
The current edition offers additional modules, including version control, R programming, containerization, managing data analysis processes and using compute clusters, among others. Participants will gain skills in working with tools crucial to bioinformaticians - from Linux support, programming (Python + R) and machine learning, to large-scale analysis.
The entire program, developed as a result of extensive consultations with experts and the business community, aims to comprehensively prepare students, both theoretically, practically and programmatically, to work with bioinformatics tools, also providing a solid foundation for creating and developing their own tools.
