New skills in the age of AI: reskilling, upskilling, and the role of continuing education

We spent this year's integral in Mazury, in Lidzbark. It was five days full of attractions, fun and relaxation together. During the trip we had the opportunity to integrate, try new things and, of course, have fun.
Participants matched into guilds (teams), which formed five Valleys: the Wolf, Hydra, Phoenix, Medusa and Dragon. Each Valley had its own T-shirts with crests, which we handed out at the beginning of the trip, which immediately emphasized the atmosphere and made you feel part of the team. During the integral, guilds competed against each other, earning coins for medieval-style tasks and competing for the Grail. The chivalric theme also ran through the promotional videos, which built the mood even before the trip. This made the whole integration even more engaging - participants not only took part in games and activities, but could also feel part of a larger story, which increased engagement, competition and a sense of togetherness within the teams.
Day 1
We left by bus at 10:00 am and arrived a few hours later. After settling in and unpacking, we began integration. The first attraction was "speed talking", which is quick conversations in pairs that allowed us to get to know more people in a short time. In the evening we had a bonfire, where we could talk quietly, laugh and better feel the atmosphere of the trip. During that evening we also officially matched into guilds, which accompanied us for the next few days.
Day 2
This day was one of the most special - we went to the castle in Nidzica, which we had all to ourselves. There we played a field game "Siege of the castle", during which teams had to cooperate and compete for victory by completing tasks that took place at stations in different parts of the castle. After the game we had a bonfire together, and in the evening there was a party in the throne room. The place was very impressive and added a unique atmosphere to the whole event.
Throughout the game, participants were able to keep track of the guild's ranking in an app specially developed by the Student Council, where staff added points for completed tasks. The app also showed the number of coins earned, and additionally sent notifications to participants, making the competition even more exciting. The app also came in handy throughout the trip, making it easier to track scores and building additional excitement.
Day 3
After an intense previous day, we had some time to relax - we spent it at the beach, taking advantage of the beautiful weather and the lake, and on a bicycle tour around the lake. Later we had a game called "Track of the Traitor," in which participants walked around stations, collected clues and together tried to discover which cadre had stolen the Grail: the prize for the winning guild. The game was full of puzzles and excitement, and thanks to the field format, everyone could get involved. We ended the evening with a party in the atmosphere of the mafia - the costumes, atmosphere and music made the party really fun.
Day 4
In the morning we had a moment to rest and relax on the beach. In the afternoon we had a thematic block on self-government, during which we touched on the topic of gaining first experience for the resume. Then it was time for an exciting blind box auction - guilds were able to use their points and compete for various prizes. In the evening there was a Grail handover ceremony for the winning guild, and we ended the whole day with a final team-building event, during which we all celebrated the end of the trip together.
Day 5
On the last day we packed up and after breakfast we checked out. We left by bus and arrived back in Warsaw at around 5:00 pm, completing an integral experience.
Summary Integral in Lidzbark was very successful - we were able to integrate, try different activities and create memories that we will definitely come back to. There were games, fun, moments of relaxation, but also valuable content. As a result, everyone found something for themselves, and the whole thing went on in a great atmosphere. We are already looking forward to the next trip!
