GameLab at Digital Dragons 2025!

Students from the GameLab research club had the opportunity to participate in the prestigious Digital Dragons 2025 conference - one of the largest B2B events for the game industry in Europe. This participation was made possible by winning a competition for an Austrian-themed game organized by the Austrian Cultural Forum. The game won such high praise that the Forum invited the team to present it at the conference as part of its promotion of Austrian culture.

At Digital Dragons, students represented the university and the GameLab circle, presenting a polished version of the game at a special stand in the independent games zone.
The event had an international character - among the visitors were representatives of well-known Polish studios ( such as CD Projekt Red), students from various universities in Poland and abroad, as well as foreign publishers looking for new talent.
GameLab's presence at Digital Dragons proves that student initiatives can reach a professional level and gain recognition among industry experts on the international arena.
