Scrum in Practice: How Do Agile Teams Deliver IT Projects?
What an event that was! On March 7, we welcomed Wojciech Mac, Head of the Artificial Intelligence Department at Orange Innovation Polska, to our university as part of the #SwitchToTheFuture lecture series. Our students did not disappoint, with as many as 60 people turning out to discuss the technologies of the future.
The specialist presented the audience with a fascinating history of bots. He talked about their evolution and shared deep insights into the systems that power the bots we know today. Afterwards, he initiated an engaging, almost philosophical discussion by asking whether we believe bots are intelligent and whether they act with intention. This topic prompted reflection and an active exchange of opinions among the attendees. Conversations continued even after the meeting ended, and Mr. Wojciech Mac answered many additional questions from interested participants. We sincerely thank him for sharing such a wealth of knowledge with our students!
