🔴Red Team or 🔵Blue Team? Make your choice during Museum Night atPJAIT

Cybersecurity isn’t just about code, passwords, and cryptic messages. It’s also about quick thinking, logical reasoning, the ability to anticipate threats, and an awareness of how we behave online.

During this year’s Museum Night atPJAIT the chance to see them in action. The event is co-organized Faculty of Computer Science the newly established Department of Cybersecurity, which was launched in September 2025 under the leadership of Adam Kassenberg 💻⚙️

🛠️Mission: Encryption

At the “Mission: Encryption” station, participants will compose their own messages and encrypt them using simple methods. This is an opportunity to see how information security works and why even basic security measures are so important.

🛡️A password that can't be guessed in 3 seconds

How do you create a password that really keeps you safe? At the password checker station, you’ll be able to test sample passwords, check their strength, and find out what mistakes we most often make when securing our accounts.

💻Online privacy: How much does the internet know about you?

This presentation will show just how much information we leave behind online and what the consequences of carelessly sharing data can be. It will take a practical approach, covering privacy settings, making informed decisions about sharing information, and everyday ways to protect your data.

🕵️OSINT: A detective in the world of data

Using the fictional profiles we’ve created, you’ll be able to see just how much publicly available information can be found online. For those interested, we’ll also offer an analysis of their own online presence.

📢Mission: Decryption

At the “Mission: Decryption” station, the task will be the opposite: to decrypt intercepted messages. The difficulty level can be adjusted to suit the participants’ age and experience, so it’s perfect for both beginners and those who enjoy a greater challenge.

🤖Is it a deepfake or a real photo?

AI-generated images are becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish from photographs. In this short quiz, participants will test their ability to spot manipulation and, at the same time, learn the characteristics that help detect deepfakes.

❗Warning: Phishing!

Fake news, suspicious links, impersonation of well-known institutions—participants will see examples of the most common phishing methods and learn to recognize the warning signs.
