1. could you share information about the unique features of the MBA program at PJAIT, which set it apart from other MBA programs?
Comparing offers on the market, I was looking for development opportunities with a focus on the IT industry. As I previously had the pleasure of completing a master's degree at PJAIT , the choice was obvious to
me. The MBA4IT program combines both knowledge of highly specialized IT fields and that of management and business development strategy. In my opinion area
the program and its focus on expanding knowledge in relation to the IT industry makes it unique and distinctive from other offerings on the market.
2. Could you give specific examples of what aspects of the curriculum have been particularly valuable to your professional development?
In addition to classes in the IT area, where instructors often cited widely discussed examples based on their experiences, I would point to subjects related to
soft skills. These were the ones that I found particularly valuable and positively surprised me. Increasingly working in remote teams and building an engaged team
is a challenge for many organizations. Elements of communication, team management and leadership values are often overlooked, and managers do not pay enough attention to them in
the flurry of daily responsibilities. Personally, it was the soft skills class that was an amazing discovery for me, and the way the class was conducted was very interesting and engaging.
3. What was your experience of working in a team and collaborating with your classmates during your MBA?
First of all, I would like to emphasize that the great value of the study was the networking opportunity itself. The exchange of experiences with participants who come from different organizations,
openness and willingness to discuss real examples from our daily work is one of the key elements I received from attending classes at MBA4IT.
In my opinion, this is the best form of learning, and the classes were often just a fuse for further conversations and collaboration with study participants, even after the class ended.
4. How do you assess the quality of the classes taught in the context of an MBA program for the IT industry?
The selection of lecturers and specialists who are active and recognizable people in the industry, and not just employees of the university, is a definite advantage of any study at PJAIT.
The incredible experience of the instructors, as well as their commitment, allows me to highly appreciate the quality of the classes. The study program, which included current topics in the IT industry,
was conducted with a strong focus on interaction between participants. Another advantage was the flexibility in the approach of the instructors, who often adapted the classes to
current events and examples and needs from the program participants.
5 How do you assess the value of your studies in terms of investment? Do you think the expense of your education will pay off in professional or personal benefits, and if so, how?
I've been asking myself if somehow the costs I've incurred will pay off and if this is the right time in my career to undertake more studies. I believe that continuous development is the key to success, and that investment in oneself is the best one can take and also the least risky. In retrospect, I can confidently say that studying
has benefited me on every level. Undoubtedly, employers appreciate the diploma PJAIT, thanks to which I received many offers of cooperation. However, it seems to me that
the greatest benefit I have derived from my studies is the establishment of professional contacts with a group of ambitious and professional people. Both the lecturers and the participants in the MBA program
are people with many years of experience from different industries, which we were able to exchange. Such benefits are priceless.
