About Robolab

The "Robolab" Academic Student Club operates within the Faculty of Information Technology of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. It brings together students interested in robotics who want to develop their knowledge and skills in this field. We are involved in projects concerning robotics, IoT, and 3D printing, among others. For our projects, we use components such as ESP32 microcontrollers and Arduino. We also have our own 3D printer.

Projects

Smart_b02 – Window

The project involves creating the ability to remotely open a window using a website or buttons. The project uses an ESP32 board with WiFi communication capabilities.

Smart_b02 – Door

The project serves to enable opening the classroom door using tags and an RFID sensor or by clicking a button on the website. The project uses an ESP32 board that communicates with the server. The classroom is designed to open when a person has a card/key fob with access to the room.

R2-D2 model

Printed with the help of 3D printers, a full-scale model of the famous droid R2-D2 from the Star-Wars universe. We use technologies of machine vision, intelligent control systems and much more.

The project was shown at a science picnic at the Copernicus Science Center.

Memory Game

Custom redesign of one of the mini-games from the game Among Us. 12 button-led controlled by an arduino board in a nice case. Players have to remember the longest possible sequence and play it.

The project was shown at a science picnic at the Copernicus Science Center.
